For security reasons, Portal-user are requested to renew their account on the authenticator-app. (one-time only) 

• When logging in on the NDC-Portal the message is shown that the NDC-Portal account should be removed from the authenticator app.

  • It's important not to remove the complete authenticator-app, but only to remove the NDC-Portal link in the authenticator app.

    

          
• Please follow the instructions and request the QR code.

  • You will receive a verificationcode (by email).

  • Please enter the verificationcode and the QR-code will be shown on the screen. Scan the QR code with the autenticator-app.

• The account is renewwed and you can use it to log in on the NDC-Portal.
